A Thermal Oxidizer (also referred to as a thermal oxidizer or incinerator) is a combustion device that controls volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hazardous air pollutants ( HAPs), and odors by converting (destroying) the emissions into CO2 and H2O through the use of heat before exhausting them to the atmosphere.

Thermal Oxidizers significantly reduce harmful emissions from industrial processes resulting in cleaner air and mitigating the impact on public health and the environment.
Thermal Oxidizers can achieve thermal efficiencies up to 95% and destruction efficiencies that can exceed 99%.
Hanbal Masstech Limited (HML) and Foster Wheeler Mexicana (FWM) have recently formalized a collaboration for the design and manufacture of Separators, Towers and Columns with separation internals destined for the national market in Mexico. Under this agreement, HML will be responsible for the design of the equipment, while FWM will carry out the production. The collaboration, effective from December 2023, will focus on offer high quality engineering solutions for the sectors of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Industry, as well as other public or private facilities.
These equipment will be designed and manufactured to meet the specific needs of customers and their separation and distillation requirements. Foster Wheeler Mexicana will carry out the production of these units at its facilities in Tecamac, State of Mexico.
